Off season rates from $159 per night. Typically $250-300 per night during high season. $350 for July 4th holiday weekend. Security deposit $1000 and signed contract required. Cleaning fee $175 includes all beach, bath, kitchen towels and beach blankets, paper goods. State tax and local taxes and fees 14.45% per night.
